AMA of P2 File Structure Created by Premiere CS 5.5

I'm running short of ideas and I'm hoping the Forum Braintrust has some new ones.

Here's the situation.  We have a vendor the edits on Premiere Pro CS5.5 and delivers on a P2 card.  These cards read fine in P2 Viewer software and playback fine in Panasonic devices.  However, they will not AMA into Media Composer.  I've tried through both AMA and the older P2 import with no success.  I'm running in an Interplay environment so the Media Tool method is also a no go.

I'm getting an "Exception: CM_LABEL_NOT_UNIQUE, tt2, Inum2" error message when trying to import the volume.  MC is also creating a "Quarantined Files" folder in both the "AUDIO" and "VIDEO" folders.

The only thing that stands out is that there is an XMP file in addition to the XML files in the "CLIPS" folder.

I have been able to recreate this issue with a P2 folder structure generated by Premiere Pro CS4 as well.

Has anyone else seen this, have a solution, anything. . . . . . .  Much Appreciated.
