DS with Konam3 and storage question
1-i got a chance to use a DS at work and i can't seem to output through the Kona 3 for monitoring. It says DS dual liknk option when the app boot so i assume it see the K3. Is there a preference for the K3 ??
2-What affordable SAS array would you suggest if i want to use DS and FCP. Can DS reads/write from a Mac Raid storage, assuming i'm running Macdrive. Thanks
IMPORTANT: do not update to the latest driver 3.00 for your PDW-U1
Hello everyone,
just to warn that if you have a pdw-u1, don't update your driver to 3.00, but stay at 2.3.2.
When you try to import graphic files, png, jpg… etc Avid MC5.5 will say Exception, no Memory.
after reinstalling the driver 2.3.2 everything is ok again.
You do have a problem if you want to buy a pdw-u2, cause that only work with driver 3.00
