‘Wanna Play Music Day’ Clinics Announced
Some thrilling events have just been confirmed for NAMM’s “Wanna Play Music Day,” on Saturday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Nashville Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn. Here’s what’s in store for all musicians and music fans who have dreamed of attending a typically “trade only” NAMM Show.

Engineer Piper Payne Joins Michael Romanowski Mastering
Mastering engineer Piper Payne has joined Michael Romanowski Mastering in San Francisco as an associate mastering engineer. Payne will also take responsibility for the critical duplication of master-quality ¼-inch tapes for the Tape Project, an audiophile record label co-owned by Paul Stubblebine, Dan Schmalle and Romanowski. In addition to mastering, Payne offers location-recording services in the San Francisco Bay Area.
