Ctrl doesn’t lock clips in MC5.

For all of MC5's updates that have taken some getting used to but now i actually quite like, there is one thing that bugs the hell out of me.

Holding down 'ctrl' while moving a clip between video layers would lock it to exactly where it was left and right on the timeline and only move it up and down. Now, clicking on a clip with Ctrl pressed down brings up the right click menu as per anywhere else on a mac.

This is something that i have to do alot of the time when making edl's to drop alternate shots down to video layer 1 and it's driving me crazy!

I realise that holding down option/command locks it to edit points, but when you have a multi layered sequence both with picture and audio, very often that won't really help at all.

Is there a way to reassign ctrl to this function or is this now assigned to another key?
