Importing DV Pal in MXF 411 instead of 420

Importing DV Pal in MXF 411 instead of 420

I finished editing my first video in MC. This is a project DV PAL 50i.
I accidentally imported the clips, I had acquired with Premiere, MXF at 411 instead of 420 which is recommended for the PAL format.  then exported the video in Quicktime reference format and run the authoring with Adobe Encore DVD. The end result is not good. In moving parts you notice an effect that looks like a strobe effect or fliker. I tried to do the transcoding in MPEG 2 with Soreson Squeeze, and then perform a mixdown in MXF 420 in the timeline, exporting again, but the result does not change.

Maybe my client is not aware of the problem, because it is not very obvious, but I must  deliver a good product. Is there a solution?

Maybe it depends on the fact that I imported in 411 instead of 420, I do not know.
Perhaps the problem is that I have acquired the clips with Premiere?

Thanks again for your suggestions.
