OMVC welcomes Mobile Content Venture plans to upgrade stations for mobile video delivery
The executive director of the Open Mobile Video Coalition said newly revealed plans to upgrade stations in 20 DMAs for mobile TV delivery is “a significant step” in giving viewers what they say they want.
