EDL Manager don’t launch

EDL Manager don’t launch

I'm on a media composer software 3.1.3 and i've just install EDL Manager (from the same 3.1.3 update download).

When I try to make an EDL from media composer EDL Manager don't launch even if i start this software stand alone from the application folder.

What can I do ?
