Notice of Inquiry seeks comment replacement form for issues/programs list
The FCC adopted a Notice of Inquiry last week looking for comments on how to construct a streamlined form for TV stations to use to report on how they are responding to the needs of their local communities through their local news, civic and governmental affairs, and local electoral affairs programming.
