And in the beginning there was ….. AVID

And in the beginning there was…AVID & God saw that it was good, so God gave AVID Adam & said go forth & cut on the fly….& he was good, so God gave Adam Eve to help him with his upload & Adam was smitten with her…but she would always keep her equipment covered….sadly Eve was a lazy editor only seeking the short cuts & went to edit in the dark places far from the bright lights of Soho….and so it came to pass that Eve fell under the spell of the Devil & he tempted her with the forbidden fruit…..Apple….and Eve became quick & dirty….eventually Eve came back to Adam but she had become corrupted & finally showed Adam her Final Cut but by then she was selling it cheap to everybody & Adam was lost to her & took his AVID to the high places where only the High Priests of film could cut… while Eve sold her code to anyone who offered a quick plugin….& so became the cheapest cut in town, paid by the hour instead of by the program & so was lost to Adam & God forever….but Eve never forgot Adam, for when ever she uncovered her equipment & looked at her Final Cut she saw….AVID….and it was good……..
