AMA for HDV (m2t): hopeless ?

I guess there is no hope to ever get a AMA plug-in for HDV (m2t) files ?

I am synching audio files to AMA Red files, individually, by timecode or by inpoints, and I have encountered a strange problem. When I sync the audio and the video, it creates a new subclip like normal. But, the picture in the new subclip is altered from the original – it is darker, and redder.

Has anyone encountered this and know how to fix it?
