The Pro Tools|HDX system enables customers to mix bigger, more complex productions with the rock-solid performance and stability that Pro Tools|HD customers have come to expect. This new system delivers up to 5x more DSP per card, more than 1,000 dB of additional headroom, and up to 4x the track counts and 2x the I/O compared to its Pro Tools|HD Accel predecessor. The system can be scaled to increase track counts, power and I/O, using up to three Pro Tools|HDX cards and multiple Pro Tools HD Series interfaces.

Audio Precision Option for APx525
The HDMI option for APx analyzers had previously been available only for the 8-channel APx585. The new configuration is designed to match the needs of smartphone, tablet and set-top box manufacturers that require digital multichannel interfaces such as HDMI, but only have need for two channels of analog audio. The APx525 family now supports HDMI, Bluetooth and the digital serial option, allowing comprehensive test of all inputs and outputs of modern audio devices.
