AES Announces Interview with Ben Folds at 131st Convention
On Friday, October 21, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at New York City’s Jacob Javits Center, Errol Kolosine, Assistant Arts Professor at the NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, will interview recording artist Ben Folds (pictured). The interview will cover Folds’ career, creative influences, collaborations, and his perspective on today’s music business.

Avatar Studios in New York City reports on a number of notable sessions that took place in its facilities during the month of August 2011. Tony Bennett recorded a duet with Lady Gaga in Studio A with producer Phil Ramone and engineer Dae Bennett, assisted by Fernando Lodeiro and Tim Marchiafava.
